Love of Language (LOL)
Having developed a comprehensive curriculum from years of private tutoring experience, I created the Love of Language program to help students achieve excellence in literacy.
Including elements of vocabulary development, reading, writing, research, media literacy, and public speaking, the LOL program is designed to promote language skills that exceed the standard school curriculum and to prepare students for the competitive environment they will enter during their secondary and post-secondary educational experience.

Gender, Sex, and Tech! - Book Chapter & Podcast
I recently contributed a textbook chapter for a topical publication with the Canadian Scholars Women's Press entitled: Gender, Sex, and Tech!: An Intersectional Feminist Guide.
My chapter, entitled "Navigating the Intersection of Sex, Gender, and Other Social Variables," delves into the role of smartphone technology in people's committed romantic relationships, and it highlights some of the most interesting and significant findings from my Doctoral research study.

Waterloo Women Leading Academia
Since March 2021, I have been a mentor for the Waterloo Women Leading Academia organization. WWLA is a student-run initiative that was designed to connect and empower women in the academic sphere.
As part of my role as a mentor for WWLA, I have been assigned many mentees with whom I schedule regular meetings during which we discuss career-building goals. We develop tangible deliverables and timelines according to which they can strive to grow their academic and professional skills.
It has been a true pleasure to be able to help the next generation of graduate students through this endeavour, and I look forward to further cultivating an academic and professional network of strong female leaders. To read more about the WWLA organization, click here.
